Jennifer Chaffee

Jennifer has over 20 years of experience in the interface design field and a BA in Graphic Design from Rochester Institute of Technology in New York.

 

Marc Duisenberg

Co-founder, CTO
Director of R&D / Project Management

Marc contributes over two decades of technical and project management experience to the mouseworksmedia team.

Before starting mouseworksmedia in 1996, Jennifer spent 5 years at Apple Inc. as the primary visual designer on AppleScript, OpenDoc and Mac OS 8.

As Art Director of the Human Interface group at Claris, a former software division of Apple Inc. Jennifer was responsible for the new appearance of Claris Organizer 2.0.

Prior to working at Apple, Jennifer worked at Hewlett Packard where she helped develop "Motif", the graphical user interface for UNIX. She also spent 3 years at Xerox in the Industrial Design and Human Interface Group.

 

Marc’s background as a software test engineer and technical support manager provides valuable experience in software assurance, interaction, usability and customer relationship management (CRM).

As an entrepreneur, he's been responsible for starting and managing several companies in retail, service and manufacturing.

As a technical educator and presenter he continually develops and refines his methods of presenting complex subjects in an understandable, effective way.
